Perkovic Apartmani is situated in the small village of Resnik in Kastel Stafilic (Split region), and is just 50 metres
from the inviting beach and turquoise-blue sea.
Apartments for 2 or 3 persons (A2+1), there are (room x 2 beds in each room), (livingroom with a mini kitchen), (WC with
shower cabin) and balcony.
Apartments for 4 or 5 persons (A2+3), there are (room x 2 beds in each room + 1 bed), (room with a mini kitchen in each
room x 2 beds in each room), (WC with shower cabin) and 2 balconies.
Apartments for 6 or 7 persons (A6), there are (2 rooms x 2 beds in each room), (livingroom x 2 beds +1 bed), kitchen
with dinner, WC, WC with bath tub, and 3 balcony.
Resnik (Kastel Stafilic) is halfway between two sites which
are under the protection of UNESCO: Deokletians palace in Split (18km) and the old town in the heart of Trogir (5 km) . Split
is the center of the Split–Dalmatian County which makes the city a major and central tourist destination in Central
Dalmatia.
Split airport is only 2km from our house.
The local bus from Resnik (Split airport) to Trogir and Split is the No 37, and the bus stop is just 70m from us.
Kastela Stafilic is one of seven small towns administratively the City of Kastela. This region has been attracting
people since ancient times, from ancient Greek seafarers, Roman patricians, Croatian kings and rulers, industrious fruit and
vegetable growers to present-day tourists.
The apartments are fully equipped with bathroom and WC, kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, microvale, satellite TV,
and a grill.
There is a covered parking lot for each apartment, and a stairway leading to the beach, which is suitable for small
children as well as adults. Part of the beach is near a hotel, and guests can use the hotel's amenities for swimming, renting
boats and playing tennis, volleyball or table tennis, boccia, bowling, jogging, diving.
